Training
With a project team made of representative operational managers and functional managers and the HR director, identify and decide on deliverables and KPIs.
Action
From 5 to 10 monthly workshops structured around 5 peaks and combining 4 learning styles:

  • 2: insight: build upon the present
  • 3:Experience: work together in co-development
