SYNARGIES was founded in 2011. We are an international ecosystem of ORSC ™ systemic coaches, Appreciative Inquiry practitioners, experts and facilitators. Each member of the team has had an operational experience in a company as a manager or an executive.

Creator of its coaching methodology, SWITTCH®, SYNARGIES offers strategic, organizational and individual coaching aimed at focusing companies and people on a positive and responsible world.

SWITTCH® coaching was developed to set up the conditions for a mission company:
