Nathalie coached the executive team and more specifically with the strategic Projects Department, in a context of major changes that required adapting the organization. Through her subtle understanding and natural leadership, she was able to quickly identify the issues in order to suggest concrete ways of improvement in adapted times. They were meant to respect both the employees and the business priorities defined by the concerned departments.
