Engie Networks started working with Nathalie Steinberg in 2011. Nathalie has personally coached some of our employees successfully. Together, we have also developed a training course for field managers, a course that has been very successful, inspiring employees and improving their managerial skills on a daily basis. At each stage of the collaboration, Nathalie brought us her creativity, her listening and her flexibility, adapting her approach to our request, our context and our population. Her listening skill and sensitivity have trained us, and the quality of her approach has proved to be efficiency all the way through.
