After studying chemistry and graduating at Isipca, a prestigious school for perfume makers, cosmetics and aromatic food, Karine began her career at Chanel alongside François Demachy and Jacques Polge, then held numerous positions in specialized companies.

Twelve years ago, she decided to start her own business. With her husband Emmanuel Philip, as an expert nose, she founded PCA (Perfumers Creators Associates).
