Nathalie Steinberg

You are convinced that the methods have to change. These are the grounding elements on which Nathalie STEINBERG decides to found SYNARGIES in 2011.

In 2005, after an international career as a pedagogue and manager in higher education, she reoriented her career to become a consultant / coach and then a manager at MERCURI URVAL. She began her training and certification course in 2005. She is now certified in Co-active Coaching (CTI Norway in 2005), in Appreciative inquiry for positive business and society change (2013, PARIS), in Systemic Coaching for Teams and Organizations within the CRR Global network (2015, Paris). She is trained at the NLP (Institut Ressources, Belgium), neuroscience, the method of development of generative collectives by (REPERES institute, Paris). She is certified to use the personality inventory at work PFPI ECPA as well as the practice of assessing the intellectual potential at CENTRAL test. She is trained in positive psychology (IFAI, Paris) and emotional intelligence (Daniel GOLEMAN). She is passionate about quantum physics and Taoism that she relates to her reading grid of management. Her passionate temperament leads her to easily share her experience and her reading grid of the world. In 2011, she designs a unique method of setting the conditions for sustainable performance through a three-dimensional reading of the company, inscribed in 3 types of intelligence: strategic, social and emotional .
Her areas of expertise are coaching organization, management and strategic teams and individuals effectiveness. Her impact shows on engagement and autonomy.
It uses various postures: that of coach, consultant, mediator and trainer in various sectors such as industry, computer science, health and sports.
Her strength lies in her ability to clarify purpose, understand companies organisation maturity, and read types of personality and relationships. Her ability to make them explicit to creates awareness and fast changes. Her enthusiasm and understanding of the effect of positive emotions in the work reinforces the power of coaching that her clients have been recognizing for 20 years.

Convinced that it is necessary to change the teaching methods, she is invested as an administrator within the EXCELIA group in La Rochelle, and continues to teach personal development and neuroscience in English within an engineering school of the ECAM group.
